If you received a confirmation email that your order has shipped but you have not received the order in the maximum allotted time based on the shipping method chosen, first contact your local USPS and if package is deemed missing contact us to arrange a replacement. 15-20 business days must elapse before we are able to process a replacement for a “lost” order. 15-20 business days must elapse before the order will be considered “lost", due to shipping carrier delays. “Lost” order remakes or refunds, will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, once the order is delivered.
If you receive a refund from your payment carrier (Paypal, Bank, Credit Card, etc.) for the lost order during the wait period (15-20 days) and the order is received, we will request reversal of your refund according to that Organizations policy.
