All orders are made to order. Meaning, the item is not created until the order is placed. It is our goal to ship your order as quickly as possible. We begin processing your order immediately after it has been placed. We are only able to cancel or make changes to an order within 20 minutes of the order being placed. Please Contact US, or send us a chat message, and we will make out best effort to assist you. Processing time is cumulative among all the products included in an order. For example, if you order Throw Pillows, Shirts, and Accessories in the same order, it could take longer in lab than 2-3 business days. Please allow 3-7 business days for orders to be shipped.

Please note that Expedited shipping does not guarantee your order will ship the same day. It only speeds up the shipping method once the order is complete.

 Final delivery might be via USPS or DHL

*If a package is returned due to insufficient address, or incorrect information, etc. the package can be reshipped.  Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, and payment will be due prior to reshipping. If the customer does not wish to reship the order, a restocking fee will be assessed. No refunds on shipping fees.*

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, once the order is delivered.
